Sustainable raw materials are the foundation of our sustainable bakery products. They must comply to strict food quality specifications and meet all regulatory requirements. We have developed and refined our process for sourcing raw materials, and we are in close collaboration with our suppliers to further enhance our sustainability initiatives.
Since the end of 2020 we have used 100% sustainable cocoa across our bakery portfolio. We source cocoa products where the cocoa is produced according to internationally recognized standards concerning economic, environmental and social requirements.
